If the Issue Is With a Provider

We confirm that we received your message by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into it. That may include talking with the provider. Afterward, we tell you what we found and what we plan to do.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not settle the matter, reply and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general or consumer protection office, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help too.
